What will I get?

How do my property pictures get on the
Internet?
- Using a digital camera or a scanner,
you can add pictures to each property.
- Once the picture is on your computer,
simply connect to the Internet, sign in to your administration
page, upload the picture and attach it to a property. A
few clicks of the mouse and you are done!
- Each property can have up to 100
pictures attached. No real limitation here!
- Don't have a scanner or a digital
camera? No problem. Your RCSReal support staff
can post the pictures on your web site. Just mail the
picture(s) to us and we will take care of the rest. For
pricing details, see below.

How long will it take to get me online?
- We will have you up, on-line, within 5
working days, guaranteed!

What advantages do participating agents
enjoy?
- Each agent subscribing to the RCSReal
service will be able to maintain their own property
listings.
- You will also be able to create your
own "Home Page" including a picture, a description
(containing whatever information you choose), address, phone
numbers and email address.

What type of computer equipment do I need?
- You will need a computer that is
capable of connecting to the Internet.
- You will need to have an Internet
dial-up connection. Check with a local service provider in
your area.
- For browsers, you can use Netscape 2.0
or above or Internet Explorer 3.02 or above.
- The browser you use will need to accept
"Cookies".

How will RCSReal support my business?
- We offer free phone and email support
for as long as your account is active.
- You will receive documentation on how
to use your administration screens.
- We are just a phone call or an email
message away with help.

What does it cost?
Domain Name
Registration:
- This is cost is billed directly by
Internic / Network Solutions, Inc.
- This charge reserves a domain name,
i.e. www.xyzrealestate.com, for your exclusive
use.
- This cost is only incurred by the
office, not each individual agent.
- If you already have a domain name, this
charge will not apply.
Cost: $70.00 for the first two years, $35.00
per year thereafter
Office
Setup/Hosting Fees:
This fee covers
the cost of setting up, customizing and deploying the RCSReal site
on the Internet for your entire office. This is the office's
web site. We will use your company logo and the color scheme
of your choice to make the site represent your business. For
this fee, we will:
- Customize all the navigation buttons on
the site with a graphic of your choice, or a graphic that
matches your business.
- Scan in your logo and place it on the
web site where appropriate.
- Scan in a picture of your office, if
desired, and display it on the 'About Us' page.
- Install and set up your web site on the
Internet for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access.
- Provide you with the appropriate user
ids and passwords to access the secured administration portion
of the site.
- Provide you with documentation on how
to update information on your site.
Cost: Call for a very
reasonable quote. This is a one-time fee paid by the office.
(Any additional
development/customization of the site will be agreed on up-front
and charged at our current web development cost).
- The hosting fee maintains the office's
home page and related pages (about us, contact us, mortgage
calculator, related links) on the Internet 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
Cost: Call for a very reasonable
quote. Billed semi-annually.
Agent Listing
Charge:
- This charge is incurred by each agent
using the service.
- Each agent can maintain information
about themselves and their listings.
- Each agent will be provided with a user
id and password for updating their information.
- A minimum of
two agents per office must sign up for this service.
Cost per
Agent: Call for a very reasonable
quote. Billed semi-annually.
Picture
Scanning Charge:
- Built into the functionality of the
site is the capability for each agent to add their own pictures
to the properties they add.
- There is no additional charge for this
capability.
- If you do not have a digital camera or
a scanner or the time to add your own pictures, RCSReal can
provide this service. Mail us the pictures (pictures will
not be returned) and we will add them to the property listing.
- As you know, pictures are an essential
part of the property listing. Be sure to use pictures that
are bright and colorful for the best results when viewing with a
computer.
Cost: $7.00 per picture.
Batches of 5 pictures: $25.00
